We make this machine with customized conveyor belt for transfer product automatically from your original production line to our IR Dryer to finish drying process by itself.

Full automatic working, don't need any worker to operate it, save labor cost and keep high effectively.

We also can make conveyor belt at the outfeed of IR dryer machine for automatic unloading system .

We have many customers whom screen print on beach towels and t shirts clothes with water base inks (dyes). Since there is a lot of water moisture in the printed towel, they have to pass the towels through a hot air IR dryer for 3 to 4 minutes. 

As you can see from below pictures ,they need customized designed with a conveyor belt to transfer the towels to our ir dryer,then ir dryer cures the ink on towels properly and also keeps up with speed of their print presses because it is longer enough.After Towels come out of the dryer with cured ink on them and will not be washout when washed with residential washing machines.

Our machine with consistent heat throughout the dryer and there must be good air circulation to avoid hot spots that may cause scorching of towels and t -shirts. Also, heating elements are efficient middle wave IR lamps so that do don't waste electricity.
